HOW LONG IS THIS DATA STORED FOR?

We retain your data as long as your account subsists with us. However, it may be noted that on closure of the account the data with us does not get deleted immediately. In the event you desire immediate deletion of your data you may email us to that effect.  

4. WHAT IS DOMAIN SERVICES’S POLICY ON COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies when you visit our website, or any other platform connected to Domain Services in order to help customize the Site and improve your experience.

OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

In addition to cookies, we may use web beacons, pixel tags, and other tracking technologies to help customize the Site and improve your experience. A “web beacon” or “pixel tag” is tiny object or image embedded in a web page or email. They are used to track the number of users who have visited particular pages and viewed emails, and acquire other statistical data. They collect only a limited set of data, such as a cookie number, time and date of a page or email view, and a description of the page or email on which they reside. Web beacons and pixel tags cannot be declined. However, you can limit their use by controlling the cookies that interact with them.

5. HOW DOES DOMAIN SERVICES KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of information.

6. DOES DOMAIN SERVICES SOLICIT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN?

Our Services are not intended for or directed to children. Children under 21 are not eligible to use our Services. Our policies are compliant with the P-34.1 Youth Protection Act, Québec; Child and Family Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.11(Ontario) and the Canadian Child Welfare Research Portal of Canada. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and understand that you must be at least 21 years old in order to create an account and purchase the Services advertised through our Apps. We do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from children under the age of 21. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered Personal Information from children younger than the age of 21, we will take reasonable measures to delete or destroy such information from our records.

7. CAN WE CHANGE YOUR INFORMATION AND TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT?
